GARNACHES 

Ingredients:
Directions:

10 corn tortillas, fried (pre-made tostadas are also an option)

1 cup refried beans (black or red kidney beans)

3/4 cups salsa casera of tomato sauce  

3/4 cup Edam cheese, shredded 

1/2 cup onion sauce  

Spread roughly 1 tablespoon refried beans on fried tortilla. Layer salsa casera on top refried beans. Sprinkle shredded cheese. Garnish with onion sauce. Serve immediately.
