ONION SAUCE 

Directions: 
Ingredients: â€‹

2 medium onions, finely diced 

1-3 habanero peppers, thinly sliced and deseeded

1 TBS freshly minced cilantro 

1½ cups white distilled vinegar 

½ cup cold water 

Salt, to taste 

Whole black peppercorns, to granish

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover, refrigerate and marinate for at least two hours, preferably overnight. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
