SHRIMP in an Annatto-Citrus  SAUCE 

Directions: 
Ingredients: â€‹

1 lb medium shrimp deveined 

1/4 cup sour orange juice 

1 tablespoon recado paste  

Salt, to taste 

1 teaspoon of canola oil â€‹

In a medium bowl combine recado paste, sour orange juice marinade. Mix well to dissolve paste in the marinade. Place shrimp in mixture and allow to marinade for  5 minutes. Heat oil in a medium skillet over high heat. Place shrimp in the pan and immediately reduce heat to low. Cook for 2 minutes and remove from heat. 

 

Serve with rice or anything you want
