PASSIONFRUIT MARTINI   

Ingredients:
Directions:

1 1/2 -ounce passionfruit juice from concentrate  

1-ounce dry gin (I used Bombay Sapphire Dry Gin)

1- ounce vodka (I used Tito's Vodka)

1/2-ounce lemon simple syrup

Crushed or cubed ice

Passionfruit cut half to garnish 

 

Wooden spoon 

Cocktail shaker or tumbler 

In a cocktail shaker or tumbler, stir together mango puree and cilantro simple syrup until combined about 5 seconds.

 

Add vodka and ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, fill a 10-ounce glass with remaining ice cubes, then strain drink into glass.

 

 

Garnish with half of the passionfruit
